Avila Beach engagement – Elena+Cody

Elena + Cody are SUCH troopers! The week before their engagement session we started realizing rain was a very strong reality. I have always wanted to do a rainy day engagement session because something about a couple snuggling under an umbrella in the rain is kinda romantic. Now I completely 100% understand why the idea of posing in the rain for your pictures wouldn’t appeal to all of my couples but Elena+Cody were completely up for the idea! Score! We had fun running around in the rain…. which by the way was WAY worse than I thought it would be. Ultimately we ended up with some great rainy day pictures. These two are tying the knot later this year at El Capitan Canyon in Santa Barbara and I just know it is going to be perfect…. I can’t wait!
