avila beach engagement

Charla and I went to high school together and have been buddies on Facebook for a while. I’m pretty sure once she changed her status from “in a relationship” over to “engaged” I hit the like button and crossed my fingers that I would hear from her. Lucky for me I did hear from her and she mentioned that not only was she in need of a photographer (that would be me) she had also decided upon the amazing Holland Ranch as her venue. YAY!!! I am so excited to capture their wedding in just a few months and hopefully I will see some familiar faces. For their Avila Beach engagement session we started off at the Avila Valley Barn. It seemed like the perfect place to start our session and spend some time together as I snapped away. After a bit we headed over to a few other gorgeous locations close by finishing up at at a location overlooking the ocean just as the sun was tucking behind the hills. The perfect way to end a fabulous engagement session if you ask me. 🙂
