Kaleigh and Russell’s Santa Margarita Ranch wedding was a dream to photograph on so many levels. Not only is this couple just drop dead gorgeous but they also both have the most amazingly huge hearts. They were so wonderful to spend the day with and were so welcoming from the second we arrived. Kaleigh and Russell are both originally from the Midwest and even attended the University of Kansas at the same time but didn’t meet until 4 1/2 years later in LA at an alum function. I don’t know how they didn’t cross paths in college but I sure am glad that they found each other down the road because they are perfect for one another. When it came time to start planning their wedding they knew they wanted to share the natural beauty and rustic elegance of the California Central Coast with their family and friends. Kaleigh created a vintage lovers paradise with all kinds of the fabulous personal touches. Sarah Thorne Hames of Rhone weddings coordinated the day to perfection and I’m pretty sure we can all agree April Flowers created some stunning florals.
